Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be in writing by sending email to the Organizing Committee and are subject to the following conditions:

* Until May 21: 70% refund
* After May 21: no refund.

In case of cancellation, any refund will be processed after SAND 2024.

If an author wants to register for more than one paper, the whole process needs be completed separately for each paper.
