All fees cover the printed program, electronic book of abstracts, attendance to all scientific sessions and exhibitions, coffee breaks, lunches, welcome cocktail and gala dinner.
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
Registration on site will be possible though not preferable.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Cancellations made before 15th of March 2026 will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made between 15th of March 2026 and 15th of April 2026 will receive a full refund, minus a 150€, administration fee.
No refunds will be granted after 15th of April 2026. No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.
Cancellations must be submitted written to the conference secretariat.
Payments will be refunded if the conference is canceled by the organizer. In that case, the organizer will have no further liability to the client. Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be postponed for unforeseen reasons.
